André Onofre
Founder · Technical Build & Security Lead
Your Brazilian technician in the Comox Valley.
André leads everything technical at Human Touch IT: the build, the security and the day-to-day support. He has more than 26 years in IT, including leading IT at PPSA, the Brazilian state-owned pre-salt oil company. He was recognized three times as one of Brazil's best IT executives, holds three master's degrees (Network Engineering, IT Project Management, and Data Science & Analytics) and is Microsoft Certified. Today he brings that experience to local businesses as practical, right-sized solutions: managed IT, cybersecurity, Microsoft 365 and the AI agents that Alice designs with our clients.
Alice Souza

Marketing, automation and AI that pays for itself.
Alice leads marketing, finance and process automation at Human Touch IT. She designs the AI agents and website sales bots that answer customers, qualify leads and book appointments, and she makes sure every project fits your budget before any technical work begins. Alice holds an MBA and the CPHR designation, brings deep experience in the public sector, and has successfully built and run businesses in both Brazil and Canada.
