My wife, Alice Souza, and I are the founders of Human Touch IT — a local, family-owned IT company based in the Comox Valley, British Columbia.
I’m André Onofre, and together with Alice, we built this company with one clear purpose: to deliver technology support that feels personal and trustworthy. With over 26 years of experience in IT, I’ve led technology strategies across different industries and Countries. I was recognized three times as one of the best IT Executives in Brazil and hold three master’s degrees in Network Engineering, IT Project Management, and Data Science and Analytics and Microsoft Certifications.
Alice Souza brings strong experience from the public sector and holds a Master’s degree in Business completed here in Canada. Together, we combine deep technical knowledge with solid business and client-focused skills.
